We offer either 12″ finished squares for the checkerboard design and varies with the mosaic design. The T-Shirts are cut apart and stabization is added the back of each shirt fabric. We then cut the T-Shirt down to the proper size.
We provide two design approaches for T-Shirt Quilts. The first is a checkerboard design. With the Checkerboard design each T-Shirt logo is cut to a 12 1/2 inch square which will make a final 12" square after being sewin. There is 2" sashing that is on all sides of the 12" square framing it with cornerstones.

The second is a mosaic design. This design is great for those with larger logos that will fit in the 12" square. T-Shirts are evaluated and cut down in 2" increments and all connected providing a mosaic of all of the T-Shirt logos.

Custom T-Shirt Quilts are available. If you have something in mind that does not fall into these two designs we are happy to work with you and create a Custom Deign for your quilt.
We make T-Shirt Quilts which have a quilt top from the T-Shirts you provide, batting and then backing. The layers are professionally quilted together with stitching and then a binding is added all the way around the quilt. Blankets do not have batting in them nor at the layers sticked together in the same way if at all. The T-Shirt quilt process makes a quilt that will give you a quilt with a long life.
